I wanted you to know about my upcoming Christmas CD, CHRISTMAS WITH BEETHOVEN, featuring my 9 brand new Beethoven-inspired Christmas Carol arrangements - from the whimsical to the contemplative! (O Tannenbaum, We Three Kings, Silent Night, Deck The Halls, Away in a Manger, God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen, O Little Town of Bethlehem, Jingle Bells, Good King Wenceslas + a bonus recording of the slow movement to Beethoven’s "Moonlight” Sonata). I am having so much fun mixing these beloved carols with the spirit and music of Beethoven!
This CD is a great way to celebrate Beethoven’s 250th birthday as part of Beethoven Rocks Winston-Salem presented by Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem and the holiday season! Although, sadly, my December 3rd live concert in this Series won’t happen at SECCA (Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art), due to COVID-19, we will livestream the virtual concert (more details about that later).
